Licensed since 1993 as a real estate agent, Rick has earned his CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), which only 4% of all Realtors earn in their careers. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field recognizing professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Rick specializes in residential real estate while representing both buyers and sellers in purchases and listings. As the sole agent for Lakeland Properties in The Homestead at Longview in Georgetown, Kentucky, and the Condos at Duckers in Frankfort, Kentucky, he has gained a vast knowledge of new construction and the "do's" and "don'ts" of finding the right builder for you.
